The Regional Partnership for Park Improvements Mini-Grant Program is administered by PMRPC and is funded by support from the Pottstown Area Health & Wellness Foundation (PAHWF) and the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR). Awarded projects support the planning and development of community park improvements that align with the Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan (DCNR), Planning and Design Strategies for Healthy Living, Parks, and Recreation in the Pottstown Area (Penn State), and other local and regional plans.
